AI Literacy for Managers

Use AI confidently in your own daily work, set the data rules for your team, and lead a small adoption trial that produces a real verdict.

4 stages~6 h
That leaves 4 stages, ~6 hours of focused work. You can clear it in any order, but the stages compound — try them top-to-bottom your first time.
  1. You'll pick up:

capability map, drafting and summarizing, pattern finding, hard limits, task fit

    Lab task

Build a "team task sorter" page: 16 common team tasks as draggable cards (write a brief, summarize calls, forecast revenue, answer a customer...) onto three columns — AI helps, human leads, hybrid — each card flipping to show the reason and the failure mode to expect.

    Build it in the Lab
    Checkpoint

Your team's ten most repeated tasks each carry a verdict card with a reason — and you believe the reasons.

What you'll be able to do
  • Point at any task on your team and say, with reasons, whether AI helps it today.
  • Produce first drafts — briefs, summaries, translations — in a third of the time, with your judgment still on every word.
  • Enforce a one-page data policy your team remembers without a handbook.
  • Run a two-week trial on three real workflows and decide adopt / expand / stop with numbers.
